At Jacquard Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier; we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
